The advancement on new technologies is propelling employment in Australia and Allsorts client Ployme is leading the way.

Utilizing technology never before seen in Australia Ployme will link jobseekers and advertisers by mobile technology.

Using the tag Join the instant staffing revolution, Ployme are not only changing the face of recruitment technology but also the process.

CEO Matt Kesby, says that Ployme will change the face of casual employment later this year.

Kesby, the former owner of Watt Modern Dining at the Brisbane Powerhouse, developed the idea after experiencing unexpected staff absences or peaks in demand.

By joining forces with Fiona Roberts a former recruitment consultant and Rob Wibaux an IT supplier, Kesby developed the Ployme concept.

Ployme is aimed at casual work with a focus on shifts rather than jobs. Mr Kesby believes this will lead to improved profitability for businesses and better employment outcomes for semi-skilled and unskilled workers.

The Ployme website will launch with a complement of below the line advertising which is mainly grassroots based and aimed at Gen Y in October.
